WOYWW it's that time of week again....
Good morning to all you wonderful WOYWWers. There is not much on my desk today just a frame that I started a few months ago and found again, so it is there to get me moving on it. Not sure how my marvy pens got there as they are something I don't use that often. The one new thing that got dumped there last night is the paper bags. Out here most of the restaurants and cafes give you your cutlery in bags, they range in colour and style but last night we went to a local favourite and they had run out of the normal bags and had used plain brown paper bags. Luckily we are known there so when I went around the tables after people had left picking up the bags they didn't say a word, they just took them from me and gave me a handful of new ones. I am sure they just think of me as the mad English woman as there is always something happening when we go there.
OK I'm off to have a nose around if you want to join in click on the WOYWW button at the top of by blog.
Thanks for reading
Cath

What do you have planned for the paper bags? I don't think I'm playing WOYWW this week, but some news and digi LOs on my blog
Hi Cath
lovely tidy desk, smiled at your screensaver.

TOO funny about the bags. Everytime I fly (which isn't often), I ask for "barf bags." I originally started collecting them, then one time the flight attendant asked if I was sick and I told her, no I was making paper bag books from them. Paper bags are so useful for backgrounds and other things. It's so good the restaurant knows you. That's always a bonus.
Your desk is tidy and neat today.
what are those bright yellow things under your desk? Happy WOYWW.
I wonder what you are going to create with the bags.

Oooh, free paper bags, I would be snafflilng them out straight away LOL
The frame's looking wonderful. Did you know you can iron the pattern from printed paper bags onto fabric.

Can't wait to see what you have planned for those paper bags. Lovely tidy craft area. Tracy Evans x
Well done mad bag woman - look forward to seeing what you do....and love your screensaver!
I had a friend who gave me some paper bags once and I made some lovely books with them and now you have reminded me I will have to find them. That will mean more rummaging around and an even messier desk than before - how do you keep yours so tidy? Love the frame by the way - Jacqueline xx
Hi Cath, the blue thing is a kind of basket swing from the grandkids swing set. For the bags you simply place the pattern onto fabric and iron on the back of the bag (unless it's on something you're not going to wash ie a crafty project, then you need to wash the fabric first and don't use conditioner)

Brown paper is always handy...you could use it as wrapping paper or print someone's initial with a stamp..or...LOL. Thanks for the snoop at your tidy desk. *Ü* ~Glen~
