We have Clean and Simple cards with a Christmas theme.
This is my card, I used part of a Papermania stamp, I just masked the rest off and also used the sentiment that came with it. I have definitely got to get more sentiment stamps as this is the only on I have other than a selection of Merry Christmases. I then coloured it in with gel pens that I picked up from my local pound store. This is definitely not one of my best as I find this style of card quite difficult to do, but it has got me out of my comfort zone and I will try this style again.
Do nip over to Make My Monday and have a look at what the rest of the team have been up to and join in with us. Also don't forget there is still time to apply for the Design Team HERE.
Thanks for reading,
Cath

Very nicely done Cath....got me outside my comfort zone too but unlike you I will be getting back into mine lol :) xxx
Very nice card - this CAS style seems to work well for seasonal cards
This is gorgeous Cath and might be out of your comfort zone (mine too!) but it's brought out the best I think.
Hugs, Fliss xx
PS: Sorry to hear of your accident and hope things get sorted on the computer front for you soon.

Ah Cath - great way to handle what is a large stamp...fab idea.
I think this is lovely! Your colors are so vibrant and happy--very festive! :) Very well done!!!
I couldn't believe that was one stamp and you did an EXCELLENT job coloring it. I have no sentiment stamps, either, but I'm not much of a stamper!
Hi Cath! I think your card embodies CAS! Thanks for stopping by my blog with kind words concerning my attempt at CAS for Challenge #24. Story: I was sitting at my desk, which was tucked behind our sofa, busily heat embossing a card, when I realized my sofa was smoking and there was a hole burnt right into the sofa back. Thankfully, I saw it. (You hear how sofas smolder for hours.) It could have been very serious. My sofa sits in the middle of the room and the hole faces you head on as you enter. Thank goodness for throws! Really turned me off from heat embossing after that! Take care. Yvonne
The colours on this are gorgeous Cath, a really beautiful card - Jacqueline xx
