WOYWW 108

Wednesday again and for a change I am not on a aeroplane! my desk for the last two Wednesdays has been the drop down table from the seat in front, not that I did anything other than read in my very small space. I know I am big but the room they give you on some airlines is just ridiculous.

Anyway you are not here to listen to me moaning you have come to see the desk, I hope! So here it is in all its glory.

As you can see I am in the middle of about 3 projects, none of which are near completion. The tray with the compartments has been on my table for a long time now and I am determined to get it finished soon. The black and white box I want to get done as soon as pos as I am putting that in for the Try it on Tuesday challenge which this week is alter a box. The frame with the dress pattern paper on it is something I started last night . Now I have got rid of my cold (gave it to the OH) I am rearing to get on with things, not sure how long that will last though.lol

If you are not sure why I am showing you all this and waffling on like this just go and have a look at our leaders blog HERE but I must warn you Julia is not there this week and Lunch Lady is standing in for her, and a good job she is doing to.

Thanks for reading,
Cath

i have one of those trays also, but i just keep my little junky bits in it - like little hole punches and sequins and silly shit that i add to my mixed media junk.

Are you painting yours or doing some cool shadow box thing?

Glad to see you are back at home instead of on an airplane. I worked on some tip-ins once on a plane that used gold leaf pen. The pen accidentally "bled" on the tray table and I was only able to get some of it wiped up. I'm sure those tables have seen worse, but this pen is really permanent!

I hope to see the box and that tray (which looks intriguing) again when they are completed.

Your desk is relatively neat and tidy what with working on 3 projects at the same time. Patsy from
